Eating Deli Meat During Pregnancy Question Regarding Meat During Pregnancy?

Question regarding meat during pregnancy? - eating deli meat during pregnancy

I know it is recommended not to eat deli meat during pregnancy, but heard it is good that is heated in the first microwave oven. Who knows how long I put slices of roast beef (if done correctly)?

  1. Heat until very hot, according to the FDA, and will be good.

Good care for you to avoid infection with listeria. I know a woman who lost her baby because of listeria eat bad food.

  2. It is midday meat because of listeria. They do not know how long nuke if ..... but I know that many pregnant women eat lunch meat because many doctors believe that the meat is slightly overestimated for lunch. Sorry ha, that's probably not helpful.

I would say that even if the meat (no hot spot) is heated, it should work.

  3. Hot enough to kill bacteria, then wait for the steam.

  4. It is normal to eat meat. They say heat for 60 seconds. I ate cold. Warm when you're scared. Good luck!
