If I remember right, I'm sure that's the only way to capture in the version of pokemon red or blue, then trade the money in a time machine from a high level Pokecenter. Remember, you can use any silver / blue use / red / gold, crystal, but only to trade in silver / gold / crystal red / blue Pokemon, which in this game and not the possession of articles and has recordings that are not in the red / blue.
